Description

As a HyerTek Research / Knowledge Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting one or more U.S. Federal Government clients based in the Washington, DC Metro area.

** This role is pending federal budget approval **

The candidate must have the minimum skill set:

  • 3+ years of prior knowledge in research operations handling recruitment, incentive distribution, and practice process documentation.
  • Developing and providing training on how to use research tools and processes
  • Support users across different agency user demographics, including external customers conduct research in a professional setting.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge management platform containing all research findings
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
  • Strong internet and library systems research skills, including content acquisition and reproduction across one or more library system consortiums.
