As a HyerTek Executive Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting one or more U.S. Federal Government clients based in the Washington, DC Metro area alongside the CEO.

You Will

  • Work closely with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately with synthesized information based on your thorough research, which may be administrative or technical.
  • Proactively arrange meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, and panels independently.
  • Conduct frequent technical, sales, and marketing research that can be presented to the CEO efficiently.
  • Represent the CEO and HyerTek with external parties via email communication, phone calls, and in-person engagements
  • Manage the coordination of schedules, knowledge portal assets, and meetings and spearhead travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, facilitate pre-read documents, take notes during meetings, and actuate follow-up items
  • Receive and handle confidential information, and maintain the confidentiality of private and sensitive information

You Are

  • Friendly, confident, and direct.
  • You are a self-starter and eager to deliver internal customer service. You are passionate about organization, strategy, and efficiency.
  • An expert communicator, researcher, and writer, ideally with a background in GovCon and Enterprise IT.
  • Detail-oriented in coordinating schedules, meetings, and tracking dates, with little error.
  • Action-oriented: You have experience working on projects with little guidance, even in complex scenarios.
  • An excellent written and oral communicator with extraordinary interpersonal skills

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • College Education Bachelor's Degree Desired, Associate Degree a minimum
  • U.S. Citizen Only
  • Well-versed in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint 365, Unanet ERP, and WordPress
  • Experience with DocuSign and Adobe Creative Suite paperless solutions
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in U.S. Federal Government, Education, Healthcare, and Professional Services management
  • Willing to undergo a security / background check.
